As a Holistic Run Coach, Coach Jaci helps runners train smarter by taking a mindful, holistic approach to training by doing ALL THE THINGS – strength training, nourishing the body for performance, working on the mind, getting adequate sleep, doing mobility work, taking rest days, etc. – all the things that impact running outside of a run. She helps runners build sustainable habits with ALL THE THINGS while recognizing that everyone’s season of life, life stressors, short-term goals, and long-term goals are different. Jaci believes that training should fit INTO your life – it is A PART of life and enhances life when life and training blend together. A strong, rested and nourished body is a body that is unstoppable, but runners first need to understand the impact that life stress, nutrition, mindset, etc., have on their training. When runners learn to embrace ALL THE THINGS, that’s when the magic happens. She is RRCA Certified, UESCA Certified, a Certified Running Gait Analyst, and a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach.
